The Scarlets (Fred Parris, doo wop)

There are at least four artists with the name "The Scarlets" 1. A surf, rock & roll band from New York, USA, that released one 45 on Dot Records in October 1959: "Stampede b/w Park Avenue" (Dot 45-16004) Line-up: Howard Herman (saxophone), Pete Antonio (lead guitar), Tony Lepard (drums), John Sanzone (rhythm guitar) 2. A doo-wop group formed in Connecticut in 1953 and led by Fred Parris. 3. A four piece Australian punk-rock band (2009- present), released "Blow Your House Down" 2010. Read more on Last.fm
