Quartier Latin International (QLI), or Quartier Latin, is a soukous band from the Democratic Republic of the Congo established in 1986. The band was formed in 1986 in Kinshasa. It plays in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and other African countries, and often tours in Europe and North America.
