DeWayne Julius Rogers (May 9, 1948 – August 22, 2020) was an American singer, songwriter, record producer, and multi-instrumentalist. A native of Los Angeles, Rogers was eldest of five children born to Eula Bonds and the Rev. Julius Cesar Rogers.
