Russell "Red" Steagall (born December 22, 1938) is an American country music singer, musician, poet, and stage performer, who focuses on American Western and country music genres. He was born in Gainesville, Texas, United States. He became a bull rider at rodeos while he was still a teenager, but at the age of 15, he was stricken with polio.
