Three Days Grace es una banda de rock originaria de Ontario (Canadá). La banda fue fundada originalmente como Groundswell en 1992 por Adam Gontier, Brad Walst y Neil Sanderson. En 1992, Groundswell tenía como miembros a Gontier (voz), Walst (bajo), Sanderson (batería, teclados y coros), Phil Crowe y Joe Grant (guitarras).
