Changes is the twenty-third studio album by Australian psychedelic rock band King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, released on 28 October 2022. It is the third album the band released during October 2022 and fifth and final album to be released overall during the year. On 18 June 2022, the band posted a tweet promising three more albums by the end of 2022. More details came on 12 July, when it was reported that the last album was "something Gizzard has been working on since 2017 – the longest amount of time the band has ever spent on a single record." Mackenzie stated that "There isn't a jamming vibe on it. It's super considered, for a Gizz record.
