Kim Waters (born March 20, 1965) is an American jazz artist born in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Waters grew up in Harford County, Maryland. Waters learned how to play the saxophone at a young age. He attended C. Milton Wright High School. He played on the basketball team and was a shooting guard. Waters and his brothers formed a band early in their career.
