Foster Emerson Sylvers (February 25, 1962 – May 30, 2026) was an American singer. He is best known for being a member of the family act The Sylvers and his hit single "Misdemeanor". Foster Emerson Sylvers was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on February 25, 1962. He released his first album, Foster Sylvers, in June 1973.
