Donald Rhys Hubert Peers (10 July 1908 – 9 August 1973) was a Welsh singer of traditional pop. His best remembered rendition and signature song was "In a Shady Nook by a Babbling Brook". Donald Peers was born in the Welsh mining town of Ammanford, Carmarthenshire, on 10 July 1908.
