Mark Duane Morton (born November 25, 1972) is an American musician who is the lead guitarist and one of the founding members of the heavy metal band Lamb of God. Morton grew up in Williamsburg, Virginia. He got his first acoustic guitar during his youth. Morton found the blues early on and was first inspired to play guitar after hearing Eddie Van Halen.
