Rufus Wainwright (Rhinebeck, Nueva York; 22 de julio de 1973) es un cantautor y compositor estadounidense-canadiense. Es hijo de los cantantes de folk Loudon Wainwright III y Kate McGarrigle, y hermano de la también cantante Martha Wainwright.
