Rainford Hugh Perry, más conocido como Lee «Scratch» Perry o The Upsetter (Kendal, 20 de marzo de 1936- Lucea, 29 de agosto de 2021), fue un músico, técnico de sonido y productor musical jamaicano, pionero del dub y el reggae.
