Phoebe Rings is a dream pop band from Auckland, New Zealand, currently[when?] signed to Carpark Records. The band consists of vocalist Crystal Choi, guitarist Simeon Kavanagh-Vincent, bassist Benjamin Locke and drummer Alex Freer.
